OUR SERVICES
NON IMMIGRANT VISAS
We assist our clients to prepare and file their applications for temporary employment-based visa categories such as L1 visas (intra company transferees), TN and E1/E2 Treaty Trade Investors Visas. We also advise clients on their eligibility to enter the United States temporarily for business (B1 Visa) or for tourism and medical treatment (B2 Visa).
PERMANENT
RESIDENCE
- Family-Based: We assist clients petition for their eligible family members to permanent resident status in the United States. We provide services for two types of family-based immigrant visa categories including immediate relatives and all other family preference categories.
- Employment-Based: We also help employers assist their employees with their employment-based permanent residence categories, including EB1 priority workers, EB2 advanced degrees professions, EB3 professional, skilled and unskilled workers. We offer legal advice on PERM labor certification and assist our clients throughout the complex process.
Additionally, we provide legal assistance in cases requiring Adjustment of Status and/or Consular Processing.
ASYLUM
We guide asylum seekers from different countries throughout the asylum process including providing legal assistance with Credible Fear interviews, affirmative fillings with the Asylum office, filings before the Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals.
BIOGRAPHY
Nada Ammar is an immigration attorney admitted to practice in California.
Her dedication to her clients, advocacy for human rights, and resolve to help with immigration issues was born through her involvement in refugee and humanitarian matters as a Legal Officer at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Beirut, Lebanon.
